This little beach park is well known for the lovely shade trees along the shore. The park is often used for family picnics and many couples have used the area for their Wedding by the Sea. 
Although there is not a large sandy beach the park is a great place for snorkeling and just relaxing watching and listening to the ocean.
Located approximately 3.5 miles from Kailua-Kona this beach park is centrally located near stores and activities yet almost like a little Oasis in the middle of progress.
