River Rocks IMG_4090

While on a trip to the Pacific Northwest I came across this delightful little river.  It was the wrong time of the year for the salmon to come up for spawning but it is still a beautiful colorful river.

Of course when the salmon come up, this same picture would show a lot of rubber boots up and down the edge of the river.

At spawning time, the rivers are all elbow to elbow fishermen trying to get their salmon for the year.

Now where are those salmon………?
